Crash when entering a match

Most crashes for me occur right when I enter a match. Usually, I see the board and the opponent and crash. I think I found a semi-repeatable crash.
Step One. You have to place very high in an event to get multiple prizes. I am not sure the playtesters/dev team at MPQ are capable of repeating it (on live servers), so if people out there want to try to verify this to help them out, that would be great.
Step Two. You have to enter a match in another event when the event you are a prize getter is ending and there is an update.
Step Three. See the match and crash.

    Since you can replicate it, take a video on your phone/pc and link it, that is the only way to confirm..

    I said semi-repeatable. Also I don't like crashing. I like to avoid crashing. Also I am not the most tech savy to make said videos of my phone and to find a place to host said videos.
