Dynamic Cover Reward for Daily Reward

There are already mechanisms in place to help the player base get covers but it seems like more often than not, you keep receiving the same covers over and over again and not getting the ones you need. What if instead of hard coded covers for daily rewards, you receive a dynamic cover reward. On the day that you receive/redeem your daily reward for the dynamic cover, it would analyze your roster and using the good old RNG, determine a cover that you currently do not have. It could be a first cover, a fifth cover, or anything in between. Getting a new cover every 5-10 days could stay the same. It could even be set up with a tiered structure so that no matter where you are in your progression through the game, you could get something useful. For example, days 1-50 = 1*, 51-100 = 2*, 101-200 = 3*, and so on. And if you're one of those that have every cover, you'll get a nice chunk of ISO for it anyway. This method can still limit the distribution of covers but make people feel like they're actually getting a reward. It will also help stop the stagnation of old rewards like a 3* HT on day 475. Brand new characters could even be included on release date due to its dynamic nature. It'd be pretty cool to get a chance at a brand new character cover that just came out as a reward!
