Season 15 bracket size

Can people help by posting how many are in their bracket and who the leader is? Thanks!

    The current open bracket is up to 2774. It's possible this could fill prior to Top Gun finishing, but I'm guessing it's not very likely.
    I joined a few hours ago and it was about 500 less, so lets be optimistic and say that we're gaining 200 players an hour. If that's the case, then it may fill with a little bit of time left in Slice 5 and if you're fast you could get a nice jump on the rest of the bracket who will likely join without playing in Top Gun.

    Top 10 currently contains: Mr. Maestro, Joseloh, DreadL0rd, tugganutz (there's a candidate for a name change), Kthunder, detjohnkimble, Spectrum514, Ngoni, Leners, and GamerTip.

    I would think the bulk of the active forumites joined prior to the end of the first PVP, and unless you got into the bracket that opened up with about 3 hours left in slice 5, your bracket already closed.

    I was saying that I can't believe more people aren't popping in to update folks when their brackets are closed, since that's what normally occurs.

    Except that as I said, most everyone is probably already in a bracket that has closed and will have nothing significant to contribute to this thread. At least 2-3 vet brackets filled and closed during Top Gun. I was checking with my alliance and a couple others throughout Top Gun and hedged my bets that the one I joined wouldn't close before the event finished and I'd get a slight edge by having less serious players to contend with. I joined one about 20 hours from the end of Top Gun when it was fairly new, and it was the one that closed 3 hours before slice 5 concluded. Others already posted that bracket had closed.
    We know there is at least one open vet bracket (and possibly just one, as it's not the same as 500 player brackets that fill simultaneously to reduce server strain/shard players) that in the 3 days since then is up to about 2500 and is slowing down in its join rate even more. As the number of vets who haven't joined the season yet is likely to not be very high (many want to play all of the events, and certainly would be likely to play for covers of a new character), it could be a while before this bracket finishes, hence the lack of updates.

    If I was in the bracket Ducky is in, I wouldn't be popping in every day to let everyone know that we went from 2528 yesterday to, 2704 today. Maybe if it's getting closer to 4k, but probably going to be a while on this. I could be wrong though and maybe there will be a surge of people joining during the Bullseye pvp.

    I'm in Ducky's bracket and can say it's not really moving quick enough for regular updates, especially when it's 5k bracket size and most people joined the brackets before. As above I expect this is the only bracket (VET) open at the moment. So unless your tactic is to wait for a new bracket so you can place well and get one of the 10packs you've probably already joined.


    All that said It's currently @ 3630

    One of my commanders who is always Top 10 in PvE, but does not play PvP at all says that her bracket only has 2500 in it.

    There's no way that the game would consider HER a vet, correct? Meaning there are at least two brackets open.

    Has she been playing more than 90 days? If yes, then vet as far as I know.

    Vet is at 4888, joind at the end of bullseye's event and swore really loudly at how close to a fresh one I was in.
