Is respec actually coming?

I don't remember what the latest official news is on that topic.

Still debating on selling my Thor and building a new one, and a respec feature would be most welcome, rather than having to rebuild a character from scratch.
Same with 2star Wolvie, and pretty much any character scheduled for a significant nerf or buff (this, I know for sure they did announce, in one of the official news) (there was also a rumor of Ragnarok getting a 3rd skill?)

    Regardless..its not worth rebuilding. The 34k ISO could go towards something better. Thor is no longer good enough to warrant such an expenditure. Just keep it as is until a respec comes. If it doesn't..you won't even be using thor maybe anyway.

    I'm willing to bet they take away the increased buy back after the Thor event. No way a respec is coming before then, so if you have covers you can use in his place sell off now.
