Node errors: Iron and Whine & Merry Mutant Society

They're usually repeatable, but I'm seeing them as one-and-done. Anybody else?

    I don't believe they were repeatable in the last Deadpool vs. MPQ either. In any case, having 3 non-repeatable nodes out of 13 total in a sub event can really help lessen the grind for more casual players, so it is probably best to keep things this way.
