Corrupt Save File/Lost Progress and Cover/pvp rewards

Since 16th May i always get this Safe File damaged pop up ingame, and since then every progress ingame is getting lost when i close the game.

I already submitted a Ticket to Support (5 days ago) and still waiting for a reply.

Things i lost so far:

She hulk pvp
5x Vision Covers 5k iso 100hp (top 5 pvp and top 100 Alliance)
every progress reward for top 5 pvp (891 points)

Vision/Colossus pvp

Red Colossus Cover (Alliance top 100) and progress rewards.

Hopefully im getting this time a reply, because i start to get bored to claim almost for a week the day 500 reward
