Alternate way to scale

Just to start I want to say i hate the way the current game scales nodes in PVE to the point you can not play past them. I understand they want to scale so i believe this will make it better without penalizing mid to higher level characters.
1. All nodes start at trivial level.
2. The more you play a node the more it scales.
3. The nodes scale down over time.
4. The nodes scale in points based on difficulty.
5. Node sets the level of the mobs based on the current level of difficulty AND the level of characters selected to play. Mob level is set after you choose your characters. This would allow people to use more than their highest level characters.
