I do feel that there should be some way to prioritise tickets.

I'm currently experiencing an issue (save file corruption) that has totally stopped me from playing at all for the last 6 days. All I have received is acknowledgement that ticket is in the process of being looked at, however a few months ago I had a ticket for a few missed tokens which was dealt with in 2 days - had this taken longer it would not of been a big deal.

Can something be implemented, for instance, urgent & non-urgent requests?

    Some things are easier to fix than others. I imagine tour corrupt save game may require actual dev intervention whereas missing tokens is just a simple task that CS can do.

    I've been waiting for over a week too. David said they have a lot of tickets to work on. But maybe corrupt saves are very time consuming? Oh well nothing you can do but wait. Like I told my alliance at least it happened after the Ultron event icon_rolleyes.gif
