    Frist time i see Grey Suit Black Widow as a reward.
    I think the competition will be very fierce, and the Divine Champions a few weeks ago reminded us how powerful a buffed Thor can be.

    Yeah my Thor is 5/4/4 so not ideal but not terrible. I need to participate since I still need a Grey Widow green cover.

    I'm going to get a free green cover from daily rewards in a couple days but I need my 4th and 5th still for a 5/3/5 widow.

    I'm in the same boat; my GSBW has been sitting at 3/3/5 for a long time now; had to chuck a red, too. Guess I have a reason to jump in on this one!

    A consolation of big ISO and HP for selling a nerfed Thor was given out.

    If you kept your nerfed Thor, then you have a consolation of having a tourney to use him in.

    Or they could have ran a No Holds Barred and a tournament featuring any other 2*, collected some real data on whether the nerfs are good or not, and not piss off the general population.

    I think it's more of a, hey they were balanced but not nerfed into the ground. Make sure to try em in these tournies so you can see that for yourself. You don't have to give up playing them.

    So yeah, it does make sense.

    I played for a day with the nerfed Thor then sold him. He in't terrible and I'll start rebuilding but it is annoying that they nerf him and give a majar incentive for selling him then start a tournament with him the next day.

    Or have a PvE event where 2 of the missions are Wolvie teamups and 2 of them are Thor teamups and show their power that way?

    Honestly, I can't have sympathy for those that sell good characters. Unless you started playing yesterday, it's not hard to notice that various characters are featured in events.

    Imo selling wasn't an incentive, it was a player requested feature to please them.
