“Zenpool” Alliance Now Recruiting a Few Serious Players

The time has come to return to being a top 100 PVE / sometimes top 100 PVP (always at least top 250) alliance once again.

We were there. We were a hard working solid alliance, but then Ultron had his way with us. The percentage of burnt out players post-Ultron was staggering.
What we have done in response to this is started a bench alliance called “TheDeadlyTacos” where Zenpool players can rest. The bench has absorbed a handful of our less active players and at this time we need to repopulate our roster with players who at the very least:

1) achieve all progression rewards on PVE
2) achieve the 10 pack per season (to hit this minimum, be sure you can get at least 350 per PVP with 500 in the simulator each season) but I prefer 550+ per PVP
3) be open and communicative (our optional but highly encouraged Facebook private group called “Zenpool” – Facebook communication is where most important discussions happen)

A couple more points: I don’t kick without having a private conversation discussing why a player may appear inactive. You’ll never be surprised (especially if active in the Facebook community). We discourage mercing and do not hire mercs at the cost of a committed alliance member. However, with the bench alliance, if you appear to be taking a break, we may ask you to head over there so I can pull a more active player from the bench to get our scores up. This should help us assure we’re consistently top 100.

I suspect this reconditioning to be done in a week, so join now and hopefully by the end of Hulk we’ll be top 100 again (and if not, we will for the following PVE) and you’ll be smooth sailing with Zenpool.

Sorry for the wordy recruitment thread, I just think it’s all pretty relevant. I don’t want you to join, be surprised and bail when you’re actually a pivotal part of getting back where we need to be (and we WILL get there).
