Rewards for PVE are essentails for next PVE

I am not sure if this has been brought up in the forums yet (and apologies if it has) but I have noticed that the rewards for the current PVE (Heroic Dark Avengers) are the boosted (and assumed essential characters for the next Hulk PVE)

current rewards for Heroic DA icon_nickfury.pngicon_colossus_new.png and 2* icon_wolverine.png
Boosted chars for Hulk icon_nickfury.pngicon_colossus_new.png and 2* icon_wolverine.png

If this logic carries through then the next set of essentials will be 4* icon_wolverine.png 3* icon_daken.png and 2* icon_magneto.png with these 3 being the next set of essentials

Now I only wished I had not dropped my 2* Cap, Moonstone and Mags for Roster slots.....

    Rewards for current PVE are generally the essential characters for the next PVE. This is one of the big complaints of the community. If you miss a release PVE or miss a cover from said PVE you'll do poorly in the next one.

    That is very true, I missed out on the Vision reward as I did not obtain any HB covers from the Ultron event and thusly did poorly in that event (I don't think I bothered at all for that one)

    Although it could be a positive sign that they have started to have the essentials as 1 x 2*, 1 x 3* and 1 x 4* so even if you missed the last release you can still compete in that PVE (currently I am 3rd overall in the Heroic DA with about 9hrs left, all without the Vision for the first 2 subs - I got the progression award for Vision with about an hour left on the Sub, thought about tackling the node and saw that it was a hood with 2 feeder goons and thought....nope, nope nope, I will not waste 3 health packs on that one)

    Thick as thieves rewarded 4*Thor and 2*Daken instead of IMHB and 2*Thor.
    We will see if the current pattern holds up for future pve's, but i would'nt necessarily count on XF and mnmags as essentials for the next pve. No question about the last 3* (or 2*, 4* if he was a new release) being essential though. This has always been the case.
    Imagine D3 would hire some kind of community manager, who would talk with us about this kind of stuff.
