Before anyone goes off on me, I want to say I love this game, however, after spending hours atempting to get some higher level cards I have determined that unless you have an ungodly amount of time or spent a lot of money, you will never get 1st place. I highly recomend to D3 to expand the top prizes or, actually create more brackets so at least a few more can be gotten by us others. I placed top 10 in every Patches tournament, but ended up with 2 yellow patches and all my Heroic token got me was OBW purple and Classic Storm yellow, and 1 Classic Magneto blue. Serioulsy, what are the odds that I open 7 Heroic Packs and get 3 OBW, 3 Classic Storm, and 1 Magneto?????? Anyway, I think the bracket pools need to be a little smaller so at least there is a shot.

I've opened 9 standards and gotten 9 red * ironman. Is random too random or not really random?

I've gotten top place quite a few times using, oddly enough, the characters I DIDN'T get through paying. I spent money on hulk and almost never use him now.

However, I don't really compete for first anymore for 3 reasons.

1) Have all the covers I need besides some invisible woman and of course DD. Plus all the hp I need for awhile.
2) Matchmaking frustrated me to the point of actual heated anger, so I backed off for sanity reasons.
3) Cheaters

I should have just paid for the Patches cover instead of using the ISO and HP to buy boosts to get to Top 5 placing - only to drop to 6-10 during the last hour. True story.
