Versus Question

I talked a friend of mine into downloading the game and when he starts it it's the tutorial like we all had to go through and he gets through it but he can't get into any versus events or join an alliance. He showed me a screenshot of it and the tab for PVP isn't there and either is the tab for join an alliance. I don't remember if they showed up after u get through the first PVE story missions or what. Anyone know?

    Yeah, you gotta do some of the prologue before they show up. Doesn't take long.
