Game flicks between load and facebook

After the last update I have not been able to open the game. I have reinstalled 3 times but still no joy. Every time I think it has almost loaded when I open the game it tries to link with Facebook and then flicks back to the game, loads, then flicks to facebook and repeat. I deleted facebook from my ipod in the hopes that this would solve the issue but unfortunately it just uses my facebook page through Safari instead! Help. I know I have lost a Quicksilver card and another 3* character but I'm also missing the gameplay. What has happened and how do I fix it?
