Another Mohawk progression...where is Patch?

I see posts about how often Mohawk is placed as progression and reward tables, and wow, I believe it now. I have been playing since January, and it is ridiculous, and can no way be random. Meanwhile, I have yet to see Patch as a pve reward of any sort. And ldaken was available once in The Gauntlet. I think both have been in pvp once. So one chance in 5 months, but Storm could have 5 fully covered?

D3 trying to keep the true healers out of everyone's grasp or what?

    Yeah, been about seven green mohawks given out as rewards since the start of the year. Kick in the teeth to see another as second prize for Hulkbuster pve.
