Moar Villains Week: Baron Zemo!

No doubt we're seeing Zemo in Civil War, so here's why I think he can be killer.
Baron Helmut Zemo (Civil War)
10900 HPs.
Seasoned Swordsman 8 AP.
Baron Zemo is a master swordsman, and dances about the battle field, carving his enemy apart.
Deal 450 damage and place a swordplay 2 turn tile. While in play, deal additional match damage when Zemo matches tiles bearing his icon.
Rank 2. Increase initial damage to 590.
Rank 3. Increase timer tile to 3 turns; damage to 730.
Rank 4. Increase timer tile to 4 turns; damage to 880.
Rank 5. Place two timer tiles.
Dismantle the Enemy. 10 AP.
Baron Zemo is an exceptional tactician, and has contingencies for your your attacks.
Place 3 trap tiles. Whenever a trap tile is matched or destroyed, deal 500 damage and heal the Baron for half that amount.
Rank 2. Increase trap count to 5.
Rank 3. Increase damage to 750; heal to 375.
Rank 4. Increase trap count to 6.
Rank 5. Increase trap damage to 1250; heal to 675.
Master Plan. 9 AP.
Zemo plan comes to fruition, leaving no chance for enemy survival.
Select one 2x2 square on the board. Destroy it and heal for any traps destroyed.
Rank 2. Increase radius to 3x3.
Rank 3. deal additional 500 dmg.
Rank 4. Increase radius to 4x4
Rank 5. replace any swordplay tiles and increase flat damage to 1300 dmg.

Alternate idea. Zemo places a Swordplay tile on the board that deals damage per turn. If Zemo's tile is destroyed, destroy a row generating AP.
He's a . He's allowed to do extra damage or have greater perks.0
