The refund process will be a hassle. You can try it if you want. Everyone should be careful about spending money first of all right, as for now I'm taking my card off steam, it's too risky if you tab the wrong button and lose $100. I understand they are making a lot of bad changes, but you can get through it if you protect yourself. Use this instance, as a reason to start being precautionanary and protect yourself. This game is still playable, but unless your one of those people to drop hundreds at a time, start protecting yourself.

I take it that means the Steam refund situation is going badly?

Glad I never started using them, I almost did.
Thankfully iPhone users have reasonable protection.

Waiting on a reply. D3 doesn't want to reply, but we all know that one. If all else fails I may ask for coins lost on this gaff. Not gonna try that till I hear back. I'd rather post the above info to anyone looking.

D3 is in crisis mode right now, ignoring every request for reimbursement... They basically have your money and running at this point...In all my years of gaming I have never seen a company change so much, so fast for the worse....

Steam will be utter aholes. Don't expect a refund you won't get it unless there has been a policy change in the last 6 months or so. The way some of these companies operate is truly disgusting.
