Roster Advice!

I've been a bit torn lately- I have 2400 hp saved up and have been considering springing for a heroic 10 pack (2800) but its a luck of the draw situation where I could level up one 4 star ability or a couple 3 star abilities that I already have... The other thing I was curious on is any advice on who I should be leveling- right now I've sort of moved into have a few tiers- trying to push really good characters to 166, keep a bunch that I'm working on that are close in the 130ish range, a bunch of 3*'s that I'm only a few covers away from in the 95-110 range, and then everything else just moving a bit here and there as I get covers.

My initial thoughts if I don't do a heroic 10 pack are either Lazy Thor's Yellow (so I can move him to 166), Loki's Green, Deadpool's Red (so I can almost finish him), X-Force's Black, Blade Green, or perhaps sitting on them so I can eventually put them into Kamala, Iron Fist or Luke Cage once I have a couple more covers for each.

Any advice appreciated!

Psylocke and Falcon for sure. Falcon is one i very much wish i had covered.

If I was going to spend the HP, I would not buy a cover pack and instead invest in my 3*s. Your 4's aren't at a point where one cover will make much difference yet.

I'd consider buying a cap blue so that you have him optimally covered as level him as he is a beast in PVE.

LThor would not be a bad choice either to get him closer to where he should be but might hold off for the moment.

To me, buying a cover is best done when you only need one to get to optimal coverage. Whether it be the 13 cover, or a respect. Buying a cover for someone that needs more then one is a bit risky as it usually doesn't get you much and then you still need to either buy another cover or wait for the token gods to smile upon you. And you never know, the tokens could give you the cover you just bought and not the one you need now.

wow - do NOT buy a 10pk. that is the worst investment ever. you'd be much better off getting a key cover or 2. thor yellow and loki green are VERY important abilities, but they would still have a long way to go. coincidentally those 2 are the only characters I've bought multiple covers on but that was specifically to start placing t100 in pvp and that investment has returned ~20 covers at this point (would not have earned those otherwise as I was still in ** land). I have since bought my 5th red on cap specifically for this EotS event because I knew I'd need it once I saw the bracket I was in was fairly competitive. it makes goon-only nodes almost trivial, so that was huge and without it I might not be earning a imhb cover here (still have to keep my clears up). adding a 5th blue on him would be big in pve. also, I'd max hulk so you can hulkbomb with patch - wish my hulk/patch were useful.

anyway, so look at return on investment too. only spend if it will provide some specific, needed advantage that you will get your money's worth from. or, if spending $ isn't that big a deal, put it in your fav character and go with it.
