Been in 2 way communication with "James " at CS due to save game file corruption error that occurred at start of Ultron 1.

However my last response (listing what I lost as requested) has not been answered for a week now. I have sent a follow up e-mail to no avail

What is the next stage?

Is there any way to escalate this?

Did you already send a PM to Hi-Fi on here with a summary and your ticket number? He's been really good at helping to get things moved along towards resolution.

Sorry I missed this, but this is absolutely the thing to do. They're probably pretty bogged down with the Ultron tickets, too, so it might have been accidentally overlooked or something. HiFi has been great for picking up these types of things and taking care of them.
