Scheduling and Transparency Feedback

I could be completely off about this, but something occurred to me while looking over the feedback lately... and noticed a few things that are buried under all the larger issues that may help - Public schedules of changes... full patch notes (ahead of time)... aka overall more transparency when it comes to game-play.

I may have missed where the schedule is listed for updates like the changes to Thor and Wolverine. I looked, and all I personally saw was info on the actual change, not on when it was announced the change would occur.

Im not going to ignore the steps taken by the devs thus far that travel in this right direction. The listing of the characters that the devs are looking to change in the near future is a good first step. So is telling us that there is going to be a charge for skipping matches. Not knowing when those changes will impact the game leaves players with a nervous feeling about when to spend their (now harder to earn) ISO and HP. A specific day each week that players could continually expect for updates like this to occur on (and thus know that the remaining days of the week are business as normal) certainly does wonders for games like World of Warcraft. I also could be completely off and this day has been advertised - please tell me if I'm wrong!

Another big problem I have noticed lately is the surprises that have popped up - like the changes in costs for boosts. I read a decent amount, and could have missed something here warning players about this change before hand. Obviously, if you telegraph a change in costs (for the worse), you are going to cause a run on that item. If the intent to change the boost costs was not of a greedy nature (and im not accusing that it is or not), and considering we have limited storage capability for boosts... a run on them could only affect the game for a short time, if at all.

TL:DR.... What Im asking for is advertised scheduled and fully documented (as much as can be documented ahead of time on patches... I am a software developer as well and know many of the rigors behind the scenes that users will never see) patches to be more transparent to players. Thanks for listening!
