I'm Co-Commander of thefirst, a relatively new alliance seeking active new members. Daily players transitioning from 2* to 3*'s are the best fit for us. I average 400+ points per PVP event and top 50-100 for PVE (or at least get all the progression rewards.) We play daily and enjoy the game, not too competitively yet but will be within the next few months. Right now we just ask that you play at least daily and understand that we'll drop you if you don't play for three days without notice.
