Predator and Prey reward issue

Hello, I reached 400 points in the Predator and Prey quest and I gotten 25 hero points which was at 400 hero points that I had before adding another hero slot. But when my phone reset, it reverted back to 375 points, which I discovered that the event didn't reward me the 25 hero points even though I gotten to 400 points and I was at the current number after an opponent defeated me which was at 399 points. I beaten another opponent and the event didn't award me the 25 hero points despite going past 400 points for the event. What should I do?
