Boosting character's in PVP

I think the time has come to stop boosting characters in every pvp, since health increase across the board, I find that boosting char. in evey pvp is useless and makes the battles too long for a mobile app.
You could do boosting a few time during the season but now, it's just to mutch of a grind.
