Anyone one else having loading issues?

Just started about 20min ago. Game loads to 80%, then goes back and forth between 'check Internet connection' and 'loading: 80%'

    What version are you playing (iOS/Steam/Android)? I've had that happen to me on iOS once or twice, and exiting the game and rebooting my iPad fixed it.

    I'm on Android. Just rebooted my device, and the app is acting even worse. Laggy and still the same loading issue. Even cleared data and still no load.
