Single Player Edition

Maybe this has been suggested numerous times, but I registered just so that I could make this suggestion.

I would love for there to be a single-player edition of this game with the following changes/suggestions.

1) Instead of being F2P, it could be a normal retail release for $15-$40.
2) Remove the PvP and Shield Training (or replace them with randomly generated "players" that get progressively harder to make progression rewards possible, but an effort).
3) Release new chapters just like you do now, but make them permanent like with the Prologue.
4) Keep the levels, character requirements, and boost of characters for the new chapters the same as they are now.
5) Change mission rewards slightly to reward more covers to replace those lost as progression rewards and tournament prizes.
6) Remove several of the worst P2W features, like the latest boost price hikes, shields, etc.
7) Possibly lower cost of roster positions.

I would totally buy a game like this, but I am close to stopping this current version of the game. I will play a level for the daily reward and watching updates here, but for now, the game I loved is gone.

  • Agree; I like the pvp tournaments, but I would also enjoy more permanently available single player content. In fact, the whole time I was playing through the prologue I expected a new chapter to appear when I finished.

Instead, it seems the developers have decided to continue the story through pve events. Those are fun too, but the problem is that you miss can parts of the story if you don't play for a few days, or else can't finish the event because the later fights are way beyond the level of your current roster.
