A lot of suggestions! (about recent changes)

The game has changed a lot, and a lot of players feel like the game is downhill.
I can see that the changes want to actually improve the game, but not all implemented perfectly.
So, here are my suggestions about the game. Hope it gets read by atleast one dev.
Upped boost prices
This isn't a bad idea, however 100HP is a bit too much for rainbow. In this state, It feels like all characters have been nerfed, all of their abilites are "+3AP more".
My suggestions:
a) make at least the less populer characters abilities cost a bit less (or)
b) Change 100HP to about 400 ISO (or)
c) Provide some minor amount of HP on PVP win. (best implemented if amount scales on enemy heros overall level)
Progression in PVPs & Matchmaking
Players cannot progress beyond a certain amount of points. The core of the problem is the low influx of free points (points not taken from each other). This was for a short time fixed, when shields were first introduced, but shielded players were visible. Now, since unshielded people are more visible to each other, getting attacked more than you can gain while fighting is more common than before shields.
This creating a gap is no problem, since the gap is because others are lazy to get so many points as leaders.
My suggestions:
a) Get shielded people more visible (or)
b) Point loss should be about 50% less (or)
c) Extra points for less damage taken. (Healed damage also counts)
PVE rubberbanding
This rewards timing more than effort. Missions should reward the same points from everyone. Difference in point should be done by harder missions, and some minor extra points for less damage taken. (Healed damage also counts)
Hero nerfing
Heros having a bit overpoweredness is not a big problem. Nerfing them makes them less special & less unique. Especially rarer covers should not be touched!
If it still need to be done, simply increasing the AP cost by one should be the answer. (if still overpowered, repeat).
Also, since boost costs have been raised, the nerfing done was way too much.
And any nerfing should add at least extra health to the specific hero.
Every nerfed character should have another "balancing", returning old abilites, +1 or 2 AP cost.
Spidey and Magneto should be only altered +1AP blue, (+1AP red.)
Getting income
a) Make the game enjoyable again, by not asking too much HP on everything, & less "funbalancing". I would rather pay a one-time or monthly fee for letting me play this game as it was a month ago.
b) Make ingame currencies reasonably cheaper.
c) Sell unique items, costumes, etc.
d) loan upgraded heroes for short intervals/events, etc.
