standard recruit tokens in "post event stockpile"

So, with the server crashing and Ultron destroying everything, apparently the game is over. My standard recruit tokens are not in the normal spot to recruit new covers, they have been designated "post event stockpile".

I've seen that happen after a pve or pvp ends and I have special event tokens left over. Well, it's game over, the standard tokens are post event.

I wonder what comes next?
