I really hope they don't pull a Devil Dino with Hulkbuster

In which I mean keeping him exclusive to an event and not adding him to the regular prize pool.

My alliance will likely have little chance to get him and I'll be bummed of this is the case.

There's really no reason to believe this will be the case. Hulkbuster fits in with the 4* release schedule while Dino was intended to be a "joke" or "trophy" character as a birthday present last year (even thought with the introduction of Prof X and K. Khan passive Dino has actually become quite useful).
