Save Game Error

Thanks a lot for ruining my weekend! Due to save game error, all my progression and rewards lost. In my 25+ years of pc gaming, I've never experienced a more error-ridden game or a more arrogant game developer.

    Yup. I'm with you. It looks like they took the weekend off with no fix in place. So long Anthony. I'm leaving to search play store right now. I lost it all with MPQ, twice. No third time for me.

    I have lost so many rewards since I first received a Save Game Error that I've lost count. Every event reward is gone, every progression reward is gone.... If I cashed in a token and pulled a cover I needed.... GONE! So I cashed in a token, pulled a cover I needed, leveled up that character but when I load the game again it says Save Game Error which would make me think that at least my token would be back along with the ISO I invested. I would be wrong to think that.

    I have patience to see that this will be resolved and I look forward to claiming a flood of rewards for what's been lost - that will put a smile back on my face.

    I'm just curious why I should continue to play until this is fixed if I'm only going to be losing more and more resources while never getting my rewards.

    We can fix this for you (and prevent the particular issue from happening to other players in the future). Can you PM me with your in-game names? I've got frachr and SIROTO, but I can't find a FoodSherpa in the database.

    Having the same issue as well. Save game error - any progression I'm doing isn't registering next time I play.

    I have actually not played the last 2 days for this reason resulting in me losing lots of rewards & getting kicked from my alliance.

    In game name: Druss666.

    Do have a ticket open for this which I sent Saturday but so far all I've got is a "looking into it" confirmation with a warning not to repost or go to back of the queue.

    The error seems fixed, but I’m still missing 2 days of match, placement and progression rewards from the following events:
    * Deadpools daily quest
    * Avengers Vs Ultron
    * Oscorp
    * First Avenger PvP
    * Simulator (not that important)
    * Season 13 (Alliance rewards)

    This means lots of hp, ISO, tokens and hard-earned 3*/4* covers, including Professor X, Nick Fury, Elektra, Quicksilver and more. I’ve talked to Demiurge_Will by PM. He promised me full compensations for my losses, but nothing so far.
