Wolverine (Patch) has two abilities that aren't working right in R46 (the next patch, expected to release as early as tomorrow morning).

As they upgrade, Berserker Rage and Best There Is both place Strike tiles. In order to capture the reckless, hot-tempered side of Wolverine, these Strike tiles are supposed to be placed for each team. The abilities are balanced around this mechanic. This is the way they function in R45.

R46 has a bug where he only places friendly Strike tiles. In practice, this means an ability that's supposed to place 2 friendly and 2 enemy Strike tiles... is placing 4 friendly strike tiles instead. Lookout!

We don't want to delay the release of R46. We also don't want to temporarily change the underlying ability design.

So, for the duration of R46, Wolverine (Patch) will have two abilities that are more powerful than they should be. The descriptions will say that he places tiles for the enemy, but now you know that's not actually true .

The bug is fixed in R47, at which point he'll go back to working the way he should.

So, have fun with a supercharged Patch! Just remember that his days of defying the rules are numbered.

Please be on the lookout for additional patch notes to be placed soon as well.

Of all the changes, I'm extremely horrified by the Wolverine Patch cover. It's plain inexcuseable, how they went about it, let it go mostly under the radar. The only cash I spent in my short experience with this game was to level this cover (unknowingly a bugged version). There was no message in game and no word spread hardly in the general discussion. Something like that needs to be visible everywhere! So I spend $8 on a cover I can NEVER have, even though I had it. It's unbelievable. I am going to get a refund on that no matter what.

How could you not know (Patch) was bugged? Do you not read skill descriptions either? You should have had a red flag go off as soon as you saw no enemy strike tiles. That is reason enough to check the forums to see if something is up. Their in-game notifications have also improved in the last couple if weeks even announcing that a number of characters would get patched.

There are a lot of legitimate complaints and questions here overall right now, but seriously, how the f**! could you possibly say you didn't know that Patch was going to be changed? I mean for real - if you're going to complain, complain about something real, not some **** that you are trying to use to get your money back. You're a moron. Oh no, most people here knew that Patch was gonna get hit with a fix soon after the last major patch hit. What people didn't expect to see was both Wolverine and Thor getting balanced in the same update. Just wait til Spider-man gets hit since I believe he's next in line.

I understand people will use him the way he is. I will not, not ever... That's not what I paid for, they patched him and made him ****. Some people caught onto the problems, the ones in the know. Aside from that the info was not widespread hardly at all. Underlying issue across the board, earning them the worst F2P experience ever.

I can back Psykopathic up, within hours after his advice, Itunes support contacted me back and compensated me back for my bad decisions in making in game purchases....Glad to know some companies still look after their customers and don't just view them as dollar signs to exploit...

None the less, apple customers are at least partially protected from being ripped off.
