Ultron Health Bar

Is it just me or his health bar thing isn't filling? Should i send in a ticket or just a bug they didn't work out?

    I've beaten him twice so far and his health bar has dropped appropriately for me.

    Our alliance toasted the first Ultron before the crash and it was more of a draining his HP from left to right rather than filling. Once we got to the end, it didn't open up the 2nd wave of anything, so, my guess is that servers crashed before many people got through it, so there were funny issues with everything while it was happening.
