How can i tell who is active or when they last played?

I am an alliance commander, and want to be full of actives for the Ultron event, how can i find out who is active or not?

    Just monitor the daily awards splash page - it lists all the alliance members who played at least one match the previous day.

    Or you can go into a running event, like the PVP season, and check the alliance rank. Click on your alliance's score and it will show who has what amount of points. Easy to see who hasn't been playing.
