Mercs Assemble! Temporary Alliance Extended Edition

I've currently assembled a ragtag band of ne'er-do-wells, scoundrels and super assassins who are currently making short work of the Enemy of the State PvE. We are currently hovering around rank 90 with just 16 members so we have room for four more lucky banditos who have the means and the will to accomplish the Mission: "HulkBuster Black Alliance Reward".

Originally this was set up to be a temporary alliance but we all found we liked each others' company enough that we are considering sticking it out together. For the time being, consider this a temporary assignment but as a member you will have a say in the future of this Special Ops organization.

Requirements:
-Currently playing the Enemy of State pVe and have a decent amount of points
- Know how to grind optimally or willing to learn
- Prefer experienced mercs and old time vets (since that what our group mainly consists of) but we are willing to consider young hot shots. Never hurts to have some fresh blood in the group.
- You know how to have a good time and not take this game so seriously (we are shooting for top rewards but no hard feelings if we fall just short. All we ask is that you are able to carry your weight)

Please PM with the size of your roster, your three top characters, how long you have been playing, your current PvE score and the answer to this question: Which peanut butter is better, chunky or smooth?

I'm looking to assemble a Special Ops team to take down UItron in the soon coming Ultron pVe event. This will be a temporary alliance that will dissolve once the events (there are two apparently) are over. Looking mainly for experienced mercs, retired vets, and those who like their current alliance but don't feel confident their alliance can put up the numbers to take down the Tin Man.

Requirements:
The applicant has all Avenger characters (Nick Fury Jr, Captain America, Iron Man, Black Widow, Hulk, Hawkeye) and Quicksilver.*
The applicant is willing to commit to carrying his or her own weight to complete the mission (basically I hope you like grinding a bit because it's going to take some effort)
The applicant knows how to have fun and not take this game too seriously.

*Please note: Exceptions may be made on a case by case basis. For example, an ex-vet that retired a couple of months ago will not have Quicksilver but if he or she has all other Avenger characters reasonable covered and leveled this requirement can be waved. Conversely, consideration will also be given to a younger merc who may not have Nick Fury but has a Quicksilver.

- How long have you been playing MPQ

Actually this post is a great idea and i am glad you are doing it fight! It gives some of us old semi retired players who are excited about the ultron event a place to go if we want to come back and play the new event.

Hi Fight,

I am a semi retired player is wanting to push in the Ultron event. I'm currently in an alliance, but its not very active, so i'm looking to go somewhere else.

-I've got all the avengers fully covered (except nick fury (10 covers) and Quicksilver (1 cover)
-top three are lvl 221 xforce (5,5,3), lvl 188 thoress (4,3,2) and 12 lvl 166 characters
- im on day 541 of playing
-Im an ex-vet currently in a poor alliance
-waffles all the way, with fruit and whip cream.

Semi retired vet (just doing dailies this season) but the ultron stuff sounds like fun -
used to be top 25 in pvp, (~800 points min) - I don't plan on doing pvp during ultron- i'm burned out on it
top 50 in pve often top 10 and multiple 1-2 finishes

IDK what you mean , I got 4thor 535 lv210 - xforce 553 level 210 - I got 26 fully covered 3* 12 of them 166- most of the rest over level 120 , 62 roster slots
2 fully covered hoods - one fully covered Loki (I dont like having them 166 for tanking all 3 above 120)

Quick Update:

- We currently have 15 members and a couple of more under consideration so if you are on the fence i recommend you hop on the Merc Train while there are still spots left
- Created the Alliance: TinCan Kickers (set to private)
-Just to be clear, there are no expectations for you to PvP for this alliance at this time. If enough members are interested in giving that a go, i may change that though.
- Waffles is giving pancakes a beat down.

That is all. Event starts in 16 hours so if we could get a full team going before then that would be cool.

Major Carnage

Most of my avengers are maxed out and my top 3 characters are 270 xforce, 270 4*thor and 229 fury. I only have 1 quicksilver cover as i went casual at the start of this season and quit my alliance and I'm only doing the daily and a few pvp matches. I've been playing pretty much since day 1 and i like waffles better than pancakes because those nooks hold so much more syrupy goodness.

As my esteemed colleague Scoregasms has already mentioned, we are currently full and knee deep in tin cans.

Well...this is a bit awkward but if there happens to be a few good ladies, men or robots out there that still haven't started the Ultron event and would be interested in joining a ragtag band of ne'er-do-wells, scoundrels and super assassins, please shoot me a PM with your Avenger roster stats, whether you have Quicksilver/Scarlet Witch, your top three characters and your thoughts on peanut butter: chunky or smooth?

Our alliance is currently at 18 members and on track to clear the event only if things work out perfectly, specifically everyone clears all nodes and doesn't wipe out on a boss node and the hamsters don't die. While i like living dangerously and what not, i don't want to let this awesome group of mercs down, so we are looking for the chosen two who can restore the winds of hope in our sails.

Here's hoping that miracles do happen in MQQ!

Best of luck to everyone as we buckle down for the final stages in our rage against the tin can!
