His black power isn't showing the animation after it's fired off. I noticed this while playing simulator,

    I can confirm that this is also the case on the Steam version of the game, in both Simulator and Blue Shift. The delay for an animation is still in place, but nothing visible happens at all.

    Presumably this is related to them changing QS to his movie costume for the Ultron event that starts Friday.
