4-21 update NOT WORKING

I updated a while ago and i cannot get back in. It just says loading.
Ive forced stopped, reopened, restarted my phone and still nothing.
So much for my events!!!

    I have the same problem here. After update, game just doesn't load.

    What devices/OS versions are you guys using? Any additional information like that is pretty critical for a problem like this.
    I haven't updated because I've seen reports like these but no details in which platforms are being affected.

    Not working for me, nexus 5, Lollipop 5.1. My phone autoinstalled the update and now the game hangs on the cycling character logo loading screen.

    I too have been affected by this. No more playing for me. Good thing my QS PvP ends in 30 mins. I definitely didn't want to get more points in it....

    If it helps anyone I'm on an android Phone. Don't update!

    I'm having the same problem.

    Running the latest and greatest IOS update on my iPad 3rd generation.

    Steps I took:
    1. Updated the game
    2. Started up the game. Waited like 10 minutes for it to get to 100% (faster? not really).
    3. Watch the flashing icons until it decides I don't have internet access.

    I'm afraid to uninstall and re-install it as I don't want to lose stuff I have paid for..
