Best place to upload a spreadsheet?

I've been tinkering with a very overly involved spreadsheet (mainly as an exercise to remind me how to use Excel since it's been a while) and want to upload it to a straight file service. With Google Docs, people can look at it as a web page, it doesn't work right, and then I get sad.

Microsoft OneDrive and Dropbox both work well. people can download it or view it online and I think with OneDrive they can use an online version of Excel to edit it.

I would just upload it to Dropbox, then you can share the original csv/xls file with anyone you need.
