In light of recent character changes.... (3* evaluations)

I've got a Beast who has 3 each of blue and green that has been leveled a bit, and a Doc Ock who will have either 5 or 6 covers in a few days - hasn't been leveled yet, but could be boosted.

I'm sitting on a cover for Quicksilver from the last PVE and awaiting about 15 more HP for my next roster slot, which will cost me 700 HP.

I've also got a single cover for each of Ragnarok and Squirrel Girl.

Is it worth trying to sell either Beast or Doc Ock for Iso/HP in order to make the space for Quicksilver, or to prune Squirrel Girl/Ragnarok in his favor? Beast would get 250 HP without pumping any more ISO in and free the slot at the same time; Doc Ock would probably get a similar HP return but require ISO investment.

(the only other 3* character I have at the single-cover level right now is IM40, and he's both likely to be essential for at least some nodes in the current Simulator PVE and likely to be boosted in whatever they do to tie into the release of Avengers: Age of Ultron.)

its better to keep the guys u have most covers for .
squirrel girl fully covered and featured is frightening tho

as for rag. , well i hadn't the pleasure to collect him again , always prioritize my other heros over him for his lack of covers as it seams for me .

With only 15 HP to go to open the next slot I would hold on to all the covers and go and try to hit an HP progression reward somewhere if its available to you. Unless you have covers that are about to expire before you can hit that.

Even "bad" characters are worth keeping just for the extra ISO you can earn by having them when their DDQ rolls around.

IN fact, that's what happened - 50 HP from random daily resupply.

when I started the reddit thread version of this, I'd been 65 out and only expected 25 anytime soon. Ended up getting 50 from PVE end rather than 25.

other way of thinking is buying covers for ur best 3* with that hp u save .
some say do it , others say not worth it , so its situational opinion .


edited : 2 is sooo close to 3 , the should make it more farther lol .

I would not recommend buying ** covers. I did buy some *** covers because it immediately got me to a level to place t100 in pvp (bought 3 thor and 3 loki covers). now covers are rolling in much faster but until you are at a point where it makes sense to strategically buy here or there to speed up the process, I would hesitate. and finishing a ** roster is so early in the process you could easily end up not sticking around long-term due to burnout or disinterest. this is a very very long process and unless you are absolutely certain you are here for the long-run, don't put any real money into the game. and if you do, at your level you should be only adding roster slots with bought hp.

I've spent roughly $20 in real money over the last 260-ish days. My HP all go toward either roster slots or the very, very occasional shield. I'm nowhere near feeling like I've got the HP to spare in order to buy covers.

(I've got 54 slots total, and my highest-level characters are in the 120's. A few could go higher right now, but are being held pending the ISO change in R75.)

damn 54 slots?
and their prices are around 700 for u ?
am at 35 36 now , and they just got to 500 hp for me .
