Save File Error

I'm playing MPQ and lossing all progression and prizes from all PvP's and Groot & RR PvE. It's a steam account and not linked to a facebook account so i don't know why there is an Error. sent in like 5 tickets cause of losses since friday. Does anyone ever have this happen to them?

    It keeps happening again and again.. I lost countless isos and token b/c of this.. Sometimes its working good and then all of sudden its becoming buggy.. The Cs is unable to give me answers.. It seems the bug just go away after an undetermined amount of time..

    I haven't been able to get any prizes since maybe thursday night, that almost a full week. i'm a patient guy but this is getting rediculous especially if the new events releasing scarlet witch and hulk buster this weekend.

    Hi killer.. Pm Will Demiurge.. He will fix it for you.. My case after 10 days or so has been fixed yesterday.. It seems related to those with a big historic user.. You just played too much.. Lol..
