Hulk vs Kamala Lvling help!

so, after Xforce nurfbat, i need to find my new duo for PvP grinds
i have enough ISO to get a 3 star capped debating between:

1. Lvling Hulk and run Hulkbomb with my patch
great for last PvP push and some lvl 200+ PvE fights but pretty health pack intensive-

2. lvling Kamala and run her with either Hood or Cmag + featured PvP
Kamala has definitely one of the best green in game , her passive yellow help on early long PvP grind

i normally only aim to hit just 700-750 in PvP events
1000 turn a (kinda)fun game into something not so fun for me!

-i also have an 3/5/4 IW as well , i dont mind getting her last cover but i think she s pretty bad for PvP still- good for defensive but drag the game way to long
