All characters whose HP were buffed are "downed"

All characters whose HP were buffed a few hours ago are listed in my roster as "downed" - every one. what's more, they are listed as having a recovery time of 15 days 18 hours.

It's been a few hours and they haven't all recovered, this seems like a persistent issue. I've been reviving them one by one with health packs, but it will take quite some time to get them all - could this be fixed? Has anyone else experienced this problem?

    I just posted on a similar topic.

    I have 2 star Thor, Storm, Magneto, and 3 star Thor all downed for 29 days 16 hours. I was able to revive each except for Magneto. I had an AT&T update today for my LG G2 ( which I play on) to Android 5.0.2. I am curious if it is a game update problem or if the Android update may have caused this.

    Any further comments or help would be greatly appreciated.

    At present 34 of my 57 characters are "downed" - I am using health packs to revive them. This is pretty stupid, though.
