Customer Support Issues

So after X-Force was nerfed I emailed Customer Support in order to get a refund on the HP I recently spent.
They explained what they could do for me (give me the HP back that I spent after I sold my XF and they would also return the covers I earned but not the ones I bought) and I agreed.
They then prompted me to sell my XF so they could proceed. I sold my XF and informed them of my doing so

Its been 3 hours and I haven't received my refund and covers yet. And at this point I know they are gone for the weekend. So I am lacking a character and HP I was promised. I understand that people have lives to live and can't be around to help 24/7. But why prompt someone to sell their character if you know you're leaving and won't be getting them their refund till after the weekend.

Highly disappointed in how Customer Support is treating me!

I understand your frustration but Customer Support isn't purposefully mistreating you. It can take a few days to get these types of refunds processed. Your request has been escalated for review & verification. Please be patient while CS and the developers handle the requests.

If you haven't received your refund by next week please send me a PM with your ticket number and I'll look into any delays you may be experiencing.

wait so david if i sell my xforce ill get my full 15000 hp refund.... sweet but im skeptical is it alright if i try xforce for a couple days and see if i still like him?

I apologize for my first post. I was very frustrated and over reacted.
I am sure there are others in the same boat as me. I will wait just like the rest of them
