Thx for Nerf to Wolv** and Thor** - No, Really!

Speaking as a mid-tier player who's dumped most of my ISO into a cover-maxed Thor** and mostly-maxed Wolv** I'm happy with the nerf.
The game was getting super-boring. Now I even have reasons to use the rest of the team, and especially find synergies with a team-up character fight, instead of, "whatever the required hero is, I just add Thor and Wolv".

Thor's red nerf seems to be a little much. It gives little damage and few tiles for a lot of ap, especially compared to something like Magneto**'s purple skill or even Thor's own yellow. It'd be really nice to see Thor settle into position as a tile generator/clearer. Adding a max-level adjustment to Wolv's yellow(regen) skill to allow healing on red match would be good too, adds a little more utility to the skill at the likely cost of attack tiles. Everything else seems on point. Nicely done.

  • I disagree. Wolverine's yellow is useless now. What a waste of point I put into that. The green is fine. With Thor, they should have kept the AP a low 6 like I had mine if they were gonna reduce the damage so I agree on that with you. You're right that they need to better balance the characters as I fall on the same characters. I don't see how they've assigned key functions to characters so they all can serve a purpose and even advantage in certain situations. This is like a traditonal RPG where you have a caster, barbarian, long-range archer, etc. Doesn't seem like rocket science. They've done it with some characters in the support vein like the Black Widows, Storm, etc.
