Dark Avengers Packs

Anybody toss a good chunk of HP into these yet? What are the odds like? I'm thinking about tossing a bit of the HP I've saved and trying for the 2*+ packs in hopes to get Ragnarok's red skill. Since there are only four possibilities, I have a feeling most will be Daken/Bullseye despite Moonstone having a higher chance. Has anybody gotten a Ragnarok (red) from that pack? It only shows the green skill cover, whereas the +chance to get Yelena packs show both colors.

I don't want to be stuck with a bunch of Daken/Bullseyes.. if I can't pull a red Ragnarok 1/8 tries, then it's probably better to just level the skill with HP straight up for 1250

    I saw red Ragnarok in pack, you definately can get both colors. I wanted purple Moonstone as shown in preview, but got 3 black instead icon_e_sad.gif

    Do increased chances for particular character affect Standard packs? I got 3 Yelena covers, I'm having a bad luck today. I don't know if I should wait till the end of tournament with exchanging recruit tokens.

    I got a Ragnarok Red from the Moonstone pack today. It was my third try, I believe.

    If the particular pack says it has increased chances, it has increased chances for that character. Otherwise, chances are standard. Basically, this is why we have multiple packs and don't just swap chances on the Heroic/Standard Pack.

    Well, I got about 8 Yelena covers in a row and 0 Ragnaroks. Should have learned my lesson after the first few

    Yelena is in a different pack than Ragnarok, you were buying the wrong packs

    At the time of my original post it was 150 HP for either cover for the Dark Avengers, one was + chance for Yelena, the other was + chance for Moonstone but with 2+ star covers.

    They later changed it to say +chance for Ragnarok on the first pack and lowered it's price to 100, and +chance for Moonstone on the second pack and increased it's price.

    I have a feeling they just simply put increased chance for Ragnarok on the 100HP pack and left the odds of getting Yelena super high.

    IceIX, I appreciate the responses but I think it is still a deceptively small increase.
    For the first time I decided to put on some money to show support and get a Ragnarok, the only character I really wanted.

    After many, many tries at both the 100HP and the 200HP I never even received one Ragnarok
    Very demoralising and completely feel like I wasted my money.
    If I had know how small the odds were I would not of tried

    It's always a gamble, but I guess where it says +chance to get Ragnarok on the 100 HP packs is a bit misleading. If the chance to get him is say, 5%, a +chance could mean 6% since it's all so ambiguous. Make no mistake, you'll be getting mostly Yelena's because she is, after all, a 1-Star. You would probably have more success getting him in the 200HP packs, even though it's not advertised as a +chance for Ragnarok and even then, I'm sure you'd get many many many more Daken and Bullseyes.

    Yes that's exactly what happened with the odd Moonstone thrown in.

    Luck has not always been a strong suit to me and I considered the +Ragnarok chance meant I had a pretty good chance but that was not the case.
    This means that you are essentially paying for the privilege of converting 100HP for 100 ISO as you have to sell all the Yelena's which is a lousy exchange rate and leads to the feeling of being duped

    Yep, I know how you feel. As I've said, I got 7-8 Yelenas. I really should have learned my lesson after the first few.

    Can we please get any confirmation as to which Dark Avenger pack actually has a higher chance to get Ragnorak?

    The 100 HP Pack has the highest chance out of any currently available Pack to get Ragnarok. It has the downside of also having Venoms and Yelenas tossed in which the 200 HP Pack doesn't, so the draws in general tend to be worse (unless you want Yelena or Venom). The 200 HP Pack has a higher chance of Ragnarok than the 150 HP Heroic Pack simply due to the reduced Comic Cover variety available compared to the Heroic Pack. If you roll up a 3 Star Comic in the DA Pack, the only 3 Star available is Ragnarok, instead of possibly snagging Loki/Magneto Classic/Black Widow Grey Suit/etc. So statistically, given unlimited funds, you'll pull the most Ragnaroks out of the 100 HP Pack. However, you'll draw better (higher star) Comics out of the 200 HP Pack with a reduced number of Ragnaroks.

    Thankyou, I finally have my Ragnarok using the 100 HP pack but the odds were still very low
