100 and 200 ISO rewards for PVP (R47)

In the patch notes for R47, they announced that PVP rewards will also include 100 and 200 ISO rewards. This does not seem to be the case.

Has anyone encountered the 100 and 200 ISO rewards for PVP yet? Or is this another example of poor communication between the developers and the players?

It's sounding more and more like they should proof-read their patch notes to make sure that everything they are changing is included and that they don't include anything that isn't in the patch.
