Suggestion: Optional Lockout of characters for PvE events
This one is based on the MPQ response saying that PvE scaling is based off your top 3 characters levels after buffs in events.
It would be nice to have an option to voluntarily 'lock out' characters that you are not going to use during such events (possibly make it so that you cannot lock out featured characters) but this is more in regards to XF / Thora. There are plenty of events where I would love to ban them from my PvE roster to have lesser scaling and play w/ the remainder of my roster vs being forced to employ them because scaling is so high.
