With all the changes going on some friendly suggestions to decrease attrition.

1.Cap pve scaling at 300

2. Move 3* pvp progression reward to 400 and 4* to 800

3. Allow us to unlevel our 4* to 166 and get 70% of the iso back

4. Expand pvp and pve reward brackets by 50 in all events

5. Fix roster spot cost cap them at something reasonable
