New to Board - No Patch?

Hi there, new to the board.

Been playing for awhile. I don't have access to Wifi for a bit yet, so I haven't been able to download the patch. What happens if I don't download it for a little while? Am I prevented from playing?

    Eventually they'll make the patch required to continue playing, but for a little while you can just keep dismissing the upgrade message. I think that lasts a couple days?

    They said the Wednesday tourney will need the new patch, so probably be required shortly before punisher finishes.
