Why not 100% ISO-8 buyback for nerfs?

If the devs want to be fair then why not give us all the ISO-8 it cost us to level a character after they nerf them? The big thing for me is the time it took to get all of that ISO-8 to do the leveling and without getting the full amount back that time is wasted. A quick way to stop me from doing something is to make it feel like I'm wasting my time and not getting anywhere for it and this game is very close to making me feel just that.

    Because you were able to win prizes/rewards by using them for weeks/months.

    At least you got something back, unlike the poor people that spent real money/time on Ragnorak.
