The only way to make PVP fair

I have personally battled an intense love/hate relationship with this stupidly simple match three game since I first installed it back in October 2013.

It completely astounds me how much hard earned money some people have spent on something that is nothing more than a buffed up child's game, but what really gets me is the fact that even though it was developed right from the start as a pay to win game, people are spending money on a game that is completely one sided.

We as players can only play offense, when it comes to defending our score we have to rely solely on the nearly incompetent AI system which cannot even manage to play a 5 tile corner or "T" properly, it ALWAYS takes the 4 tile, and misses an extra turn. Not to mention that I have no clue as to how it picks our team covers for us for any given match.

Then there is the other problem where no matter how good or bad we are at winning our offensive matches, quite often we get our scores demolished by receiving 5 or 6, possibly even more defeats at the hands of the nearly inept AI system during a single match game.

I know that actual person vs. person gaming would be way beyond that scope of any mobile app designed game and would probably start a complete war over bandwidth so what I would like to put on the table is a very simple design change.

A change that would only allow a team to be challenged while the player is currently online as well as only allow a players team to be battled one match at a time. I believe this would even the playing field almost completely and whether people want to pay or not everyone can have a fair shake at winning prizes

  • I think that would make even more problems , as you can just attack anyone multiple times and if someone in the lead gets attacked by someone who takes a long time to do a match compared to another person that's 2nd place gets hit from everyone that's a god at doing speed matchs , it would make the person in lead just stay there. It would add another '' luck '' base as to how good that 1 person that's attack you is.

Personally i liked another way someone on the forum mentionned. Have 2 teams , one for offense and one for defense, You could focus on teams that can clear quickly on the offensive and heroes that make the match lag on the defensive. I would like to see how that would pan out.
