Powers Scaling Spreadsheet/List?

Is there somewhere out there that has a breakdown of the powers and their damage/value/etc at each level? It's a ton of info to request, but for example:

(Numbers completely made up)

Iron Man Repulsor Blast with 1 cover Level 1: Does 100 Damage
with 1 cover Level 2: Does 120 Damage
etc.

With 2 covers Level 1: Does 125 Damage, etc. etc.

Again, a fairly exhaustive request, but it's the internet. Somebody may know something. *shrug*
